How to do changes in user dropdown menu

Copy the below function in functions.php from child theme and modify it depending on your needs:

add_filter( 'wpjobster_dropdown_menu_list', 'my_custom_user_links_filter', 10, 1 );
function my_custom_user_links_filter( $drop_down_user_menu ) {

	// check current array structure
	print_r( $drop_down_user_menu ); // view in DevTools to see it structured

	// hide one link for everyone
	unset( $drop_down_user_menu['requests'] );

	// hide one sublink for everyone
	unset( $drop_down_user_menu['requests']['childs']['new_request'] );

	// hide for buyer/seller (account segregation needs to be active)
	if ( function_exists( 'wpjobster_user_type_allowed' ) && wpjobster_user_type_allowed() == 'buyer' ) {
		unset( $drop_down_user_menu['requests'] );
	}

	// add new link
	$drop_down_user_menu['homepage'] = array(
		'label'  => __( 'Homepage', 'wpjobster' ),
		'url'    => get_site_url(),
		'childs' => array(),
		'order'  => '1a',
	);

	// reorder existing link
	$drop_down_user_menu['profile']['order'] = '0a'; // move first
	$drop_down_user_menu['profile']['order'] = '2b'; // move between 2a and 3a
	$drop_down_user_menu['profile']['order'] = '9z'; // move last

	return $drop_down_user_menu;
}
